INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The EMPLOYEES’ COMPENSATION COMMISSION – BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE hereby invites interested parties  to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Network Equipment and Software (including Configuration Set-up and Testing).        

Approved Budget for the Contract                                                Php 2,359,670.00

Source of Funding                                                                     ECC Corporate Fund

Interested parties may secure  the eligibility forms and  bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat, c/o Supply and Property Section at 3rd Floor, ECC Building, 355 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati City, starting   February 10, 2005 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Php2,000.00.

Pre-bid conference will be held on February 24, 2005, at 1:30 p.m. at ECC Meeting Room Ground Floor ECC Bldg., 355 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City.

Prospective bidders are required to submit their duly accomplished Eligibility Requirements, Technical and Bid Proposals in three (3) separate sealed envelopes (three sets each) each not later that 1:30 p.m. on March 7, 2005 at the ECC Meeting Room Ground Floor ECC Bldg., 355 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City.

The provisions of the IRR of RA 9184 shall govern all particulars relative  to registration, eligibility screening, bidding, evaluation, post qualification and award of contract.

The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or formality, assumes no obligations whatsoever to compensate, indemnify to the bidder(s) for any expenses that they may incur in the preparation of bids and to accept such bid that are responsive, complying and advantageous to the government.
